The Todd Residence, located in Gurgoan, India, is a testament to architectural brilliance and innovation. Designed by Cityspace’82 Architects, the project embodies minimalism while seamlessly integrating with its surroundings and addressing contemporary aesthetic, functional, and sustainable needs. This submission highlights the distinctive features of the residence and Mixx Windows’ contribution through the installation of Metra Building Systems products.

The Todd Residence spans an area of 1000 square yards and is designed as a luxurious intergenerational home that fosters social gatherings and enduring memories. The architectural choices reflect a commitment to minimalism, achieved through clean lines, robust design elements, and voluminous light-filled spaces. The use of Fibre Optics lighting on the white-painted front façade creates a striking visual effect, symbolising the building’s convergence with the sky. Openings and punctures in the structure allow natural light to permeate every corner, enhancing energy efficiency and reducing reliance on artificial lighting.
Mixx Windows played a crucial role in elevating this architectural masterpiece by installing Metra Building Systems products-NC 65 HES and NC-S 150 HES.
