The Market Lane Residence, also known as Designer’s Den, designed by Cityspace’82 Architects, is a remarkable architectural project that exemplifies a thoughtful integration of aesthetic, functional, and sustainable design principles within its context. As the licensed Metra partner in India, We Mixx Windows proudly submit this project entry for the XXIII International Metra Building Competition, highlighting the innovative use of Metra’s advanced aluminum systems, including the NC-S 150 HES, NC 65 STH, NC 50 I, and Poliedra Sky 50 profiles.

The architectural choices for Market Lane Residence are driven by a desire to create a living space that harmonizes with its environment while addressing modern residential needs.
