The Centaurus, designed by Cityspace’82 Architects and executed by Mixx Windows, exemplifies architectural excellence by seamlessly blending luxury with minimalism.

Located in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, this residential project spans a 520 sq. yd. plot within a densely populated urban environment. The design addresses spatial constraints while achieving an opulent living experience, making it a worthy contender for the XXIII International Metra Building Competition.

The architectural choices for The Centaurus were driven by the need to balance aesthetic sophistication with functional utility. Key design elements include staggered vertical wooden panels on feature walls and bespoke lighting fixtures that enhance the ambience. The use of Metra Building Systems products-NC 50 I, NC 65 HES, NC-S 120 STH SLIM, NC-S 150 HES, and NC-S 120 STH-ensures superior performance in terms of energy efficiency, acoustic insulation, and sustainability. These systems contribute to the project’s innovative envelope design, fostering thermal comfort and reducing environmental impact.
